We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review our returns and refund policy below.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged (such as bent prints, broken figures, or bent coins), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund if a replacement is not available.

Missing Components

  • If your starter deck or product are missing cards, pieces, or accessories, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will send the missing items at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the integrity and fairness of our game:

  • Opened booster packs cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Digital products (such as PDFs) are non-refundable.

  • Custom or commissioned items (such as artwork or personalized cards/figures) are final sale. However, in the case that your cards or other goods are damaged, we’ll handle that same as above.

Returns Process

  1. Contact us at playroyaltycg@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any issue.

  2. Our team will confirm whether your item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

  3. If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and verify the returned item (if applicable).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

  • Royalty CG is not responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs or fees when shipping to other countries

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item and prefer an exchange, we’ll be happy to send a replacement when stock is available.
