Mature Audience & Third Party Content

Royalty CG is a mature rated trading card game intended for a mature audience and is not designed, marketed, or directed toward children. The game may contain fantasy violence, depictions of injury or blood, references to alcohol or substance use, suggestive themes, and other content that may not be suitable for younger audiences.

Royalty CG operates within a broader community of artists, creators, commissioners, collectors, and character owners. While content published through Royalty CG is subject to our own standards and guidelines, independent creators and community members may maintain personal websites, social media accounts, portfolios, projects, or other content that is separate from Royalty CG.

Royalty CG does not control, review, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, opinions, activities, products, services, or materials published by third parties outside of Royalty CG’s official platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, artists, commissioners, collaborators, merchants, vendors, affiliates, licensors, sponsors, customers, and community members.

Characters featured within Royalty CG may be owned by independent creators whose personal projects, artwork, stories, or online presence may contain themes or material that differ from the content standards of Royalty CG. Visitors who choose to explore external profiles, portfolios, websites, social media accounts, or other third-party content do so at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for those interactions.

1. General Use of the Website

• You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

• All content on this site, including artwork, card designs, and product images, is owned by Royalty CG and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.

2. Purchases & Payments

• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete information for billing and shipping.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is due at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

• Royalty CG is not responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs or fees when shipping to other countries

4. Returns & Refunds

• Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details on damaged or missing items.

• Opened booster packs and digital items are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

• All products, designs, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Royalty CG.

• You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or our products without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our products or website, except where prohibited by law.

• Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.

• Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Third-Party Sales Disclaimer

• Products sold by vendors, resellers, or individuals not directly affiliated with Royalty CG are outside of our responsibility.

• These items are not covered under our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy, or warranty.

• Any questions, concerns, or refund requests regarding third-party sales must be handled directly with the seller from whom the product was purchased.

Commission Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply specifically to commissions (custom cards, figures, sculptures, coins and artwork).

Personal Use Only

• Commissions are for personal use only unless a separate commercial license is agreed upon.

• You are allowed to sell any cards you receive from the commission, but are not allowed to reproduce our work. (i.e. making new cards with the artwork)

Pricing & Payment

• Prices vary based on complexity, detail, and requests. Final prices may vary.

• Payment is handled via PayPal invoice. Work begins only after full payment is received.

Process & Revisions

• We aim for timely completion but delays may occur. Please inform us of deadlines before work begins.

• Updates will be provided at each stage (sketch, sculpture, etc.). One revision is included per stage. Significant changes beyond that may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• If we cannot complete your work due to our own error, you will receive a full refund.

• Completed commissions are non-refundable.

• Partially completed commissions will be charged for what is finished before refund.

Rights & Usage

• We reserve the right to share commissioned work in portfolios, on social media, or for promotional purposes. If you do not want your piece shared, indicate this in your request.

• We reserve the right to decline work that is NSFW, depicts extreme themes, or otherwise falls outside our accepted guidelines.

• We deny the use of commissioned work for NFTs, resale, or AI-related projects.

• Copyright to the artwork/card remains with Royalty CG. You may not reproduce the commissioned card or product without permission.

• You agree that the character provided is original and belongs solely to you. Legal action may be taken for stolen intellectual property.
• We cannot accept AI-Generated characters, Pokemorphs, or other franchise/copyrighted characters. They will need to be redesigned completely and depending on the cases, renamed. Characters MUST be original to be put into the game.

Delivery & Damages

• If a physical product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours with a photo. We will work with you on a replacement or repair.

Third-Party Sales

• If you (the commissioner) sell your commissioned cards independently, you are responsible for fulfillment. We only handle production when additional cards are ordered by you.

Licensing Agreement for Commissioned Work

By agreeing to a licensing contract with us, you grant Royalty CG specific rights to continue selling products created through your commission.

What Licensing Covers

• Applies to commissioned artwork, sculptures, models, figurines, music and cards.

• We retain the right to sell these items in booster packs, decks, or individually at our booths and online.

• We may discontinue sales of commissioned items at any time, for any reason.

What Licensing Does Not Cover

• Your character rights remain yours. We will never claim ownership of your character or use it in new products without your approval.

• We will not resell your commissioned work to another company.

• Licensing does not entitle you to royalties or profit-sharing from future sales.

Revoking Licensing

• If you wish to revoke licensing, you must:

  • Repay any discount you received under the agreement.

  • Pay a 20% cancellation fee to cover production costs.

• Licensing remains valid on all sales before revoking. Any inventory leftover must be covered by you to cover costs or we must be allowed to finish selling the inventory we have until finished.

Final Notes

• Any transfer of ownership of Royalty CG will result in updated licensing terms for all commissioned works.

• We only retain the rights to the work we created. Your character and its design always remain your property.
