• Collaborators must represent Royalty CG accurately. They may not speak on behalf of the company unless explicitly authorized.
• Sharing false, misleading, or exaggerated information about Royalty CG, its products, or its team members is strictly prohibited.
• Any public communication (social media, Discord, forums, events, or elsewhere) that references Royalty CG must adhere to accuracy and professionalism.

2. Respectful Behavior

• Collaborators must treat all community members, customers, and fellow team members with respect and courtesy.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, discriminatory language, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
• Interactions should reflect Royalty CG’s values and community standards, even outside official channels, if your affiliation with us is known.

3. Boundaries and Conduct

• Any behavior that endangers the safety, well-being, or comfort of the community or customers is prohibited.
• Collaborators should avoid situations or actions that could be perceived as abuse of power, coercion, or inappropriate relationships with community members.
• Sharing sensitive or private information about Royalty CG team members, collaborators, or customers without explicit consent is prohibited.

4. Transparency and Accountability

• Collaborators must report conflicts of interest, misconduct, or concerns to Royalty CG management promptly.
• Attempts to misrepresent your role, credentials, or authority within Royalty CG are strictly prohibited.
• Misrepresentations discovered after the fact will be considered a violation of this Code of Conduct.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

• Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
  • A warning or guidance for improvement
  • Mandatory review and acknowledgment of this Code of Conduct
  • Probationary monitoring or check-ins
  • Termination of the collaboration or contract
• Royalty CG reserves the right to take immediate action if a collaborator’s behavior presents an imminent risk to the community, customers, or business reputation.
